Meet the Founder
Hey, I'm Sherita Sparrow,
Faith Empowerment Strategist
Growing up, I watched women around me pour so much into others that they often forgot to make space for themselves. I didn’t understand the importance of rest, boundaries, and caring for yourself until later in life.
Those experiences inspired me to create this brand for busy women who are constantly giving to others but need encouragement to care for themselves too.
Through faith-centered tools and resources, I encourage women to strengthen their faith, protect their peace, set healthy boundaries, and use their voice.
My prayer is that my gift of exhortation is reflected in everything I create. This isn’t just a business for me. It’s a place of safety and refreshment.
